Cornerstone Architectural Group is committed to sustainable design. We are members of the US Green Building Council and have a LEED-Accredited Professional on staff. We use the Washington Sustainable Schools Protocol to design all our K-12 facilities.

High Performing Buildings We strive to create energy efficient buildings that reflect a responsible stewardship of limited resources. We integrate technology with natural systems to provide easily maintained, environmentally friendly facilities. Our design analyses have included evaluation of natural ventilation, geo-exchange, and hybrid mechanical systems.

Conserving Resources Wherever possible we use recycled, renewable and sustainable materials. We reduce waste by optimizing daylighting, using occupancy sensors, creating flexible spaces, landscaping with native drought-tolerant plants, sensitive site planning, and conducting life-cycle analysis.
